He also defines the victims of this social epidemic as Targets.Workplace bullying, likechildhoodbullying, is the tendency of individuals or groups to use persistent aggressive or monstrous behavior against a co-worker or subordinate. Workplace bullying can include such tactics asverbal,nonverbal,psychological,physical abuseandhumiliation. This type of aggressivenessis particularly difficult because, unlike the typical forms ofschool bullying, workplace bullies often operate within the established rules and policies of theirorganizationand their society.Ruth on the other transcend didnt have any previous experience as a Tar get or Bully but from fellow work-mates experiences, she bases her arguments on the topic. Bullying is the scourge of the contemporary workplace but is too easily ignored by the people who could eradicate it if they were motivated, says Ruth.
